The nose opens with waves of earthy peat smoke, coastal brine, and smouldering driftwood, followed by notes of grilled pineapple, lemon peel, and a touch of salty toffee. The palate delivers a robust mix of charred oak, barbecued citrus, and cracked pepper, all wrapped in warming smoke and sea spray. A soft undercurrent of vanilla and malt adds balance and depth.
