Henry Of Pelham Baco Noir 2020

A deep, dark red wine. Ripe flavours of currant and blueberry fruit. Spicy, rich and smooth. Toasty oak finish. 

Made from fruit derived from Henry of Pelham's own vineyard. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with full maceration. Aged in American oak barrels for 6 to 8 months. 

Perfect with barbecued meat, a variety of strong cheeses and cured meats and strawberries rolled in black pepper.
