I have had this with many a mixer but can strongly recommend the best way to drink this is with pure apple juice. The way the bison grass infuses the vodka with smooth earthy notes is sublime. That and the fact Zubrōwka is one of the best Vodkas to come out of Poland makes it a fantastic bottle. Highly recommend!
